This gift card is issued by the Forestwood Skating Club for fundraising and program support.
It may be redeemed only for select goods and services offered directly by the organization, full list available upon request.
Some restrictions apply. No cash value. No transfers, credits, or refunds.
As a nonprofit fundraising issuer, this card is exempt from certain restrictions under Ohio Revised Code §1349.61. Expires 1 year from date of purchase. No inactivity or service fees.
Treat this card like cash; lost or stolen cards may not be replaced. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at redemption on the full purchase price before applying the card value. Unused balances remain with the nonprofit after expiration.
Example items the gift card can be used for, Freestyle (walk-on) Ice, Ice Show tickets, embroidered spirit wear items (club jackets, beanie hat, towel, etc..)
Cannot be used for Contracted ice payments, or screen printed spirit wear since that is handled by a third party company.
This card doesn't supersede any other club rules.
