What does the Board of Directors do?
The Board of Directors is committed to following through with our mission statement and providing a safe, positive environment for all involved with Forestwood. We vote on ways to fundraise to help offset the exuberant cost of ice, brainstorm creative, inexpensive ways to hold club-building events and look for ways to support and acknowledge our athletes' figure skating related accomplishments.
Notice of General Meeting

Would you like to give more to the Forestwood Skating Club? Do you want to take a leadership role within the club? The Forestwood Figure Skating Club will hold a General Meeting and Annual Election on Wednesday, May 15th at 7 pm.
If you are at least 18 years old and would like to become a full member, you are eligible to run for a Board position. Please sign up in the space provided. There are FOUR (4) 2-year terms available.
Upon election of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors will elect the offices of President, Secretary and Treasurer following our Bylaws as stated in Article III, Section 5.2.
All skaters with a full club membership are entitled to one vote, if the vote is that of a minor, that vote may be cast by the skater’s parent.
